Grade: Easy but Endurance level is little more as have to descend on same day

VASOTA-NAGESHWAR: Situated in dense forest, surrounded by river Koyna, fort of Vasota is according to ‘Dnyaneshwari’ a resting place known as Vyaghragad. This old warrior offers one of the most thrilling treks in the Sahyadri as far as trekking through forestation is concerned. Dense forest all the way through, panoramic view of Shivsagar Lake in east & Konkan on west, wonderful cave @ Nageshwar makes this fort special for amateur trekkers & photographers

  • Kibber Village – which was once the highest motorable village in the world.

Chandratal- Batal- Chatru- Gramphoo- Rohtang- Manali (120 kms / 7 hrs)

Leh-Ladakh just the name enough and adventures, travellers hearts starts pumping. Its heaven for the riders and top destination for travellers.

Its with numerous trekking trails, valleys, and picturesque lakes. Renowned as the land of monks and monasteries there is lots to see in this amazing piece of land.

Leh is at an altitude of 3524 metres (11,562 ft), and connects via National Highway 1D to Srinagar in the southwest and to Manali in the south via the Leh-Manali Highway.


Nubra Valley the tri-armed valley located north east of Ladakh valley. The Shyok River meets the Nubra or Siachan River to form a large valley that separates the Ladakh and Karakoram Ranges. The Shyok river is a tributary of the Indus river. The average altitude of the valley is about 10,000 ft. i.e. 3048 metres above the sea level. The common way to access this valley is to travel over the Khardung La pass from Leh town.

Day 02: Sunday 13 June 2021 : – Sightseeing in Leh

* Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast at your lodgings and then head out for a sightseeing tour around the town of Leh. There are a number of popular tourist attractions that you may visit, such as Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa and Jama Masjid.

* This day, rest is also required to acclimatize with high altitude.

 

 

Day 03: Monday 14 June 2021 : – Leh – Khardung La – Diskit – Hunder ( Nubra Valley )

* We will be heading towards Nubra Valley where on the way visiting  Khardung La ( highest motorable Pass ) in the world.

* Time for enjoy, photography followed by journey towards Nubra Valley.

* On the way visit to Diskit is the place where monastries have tallest statue of buddha.

* Overnight stay at Nubra Valley in Camps.

 

 

Day 04: Tuesday 15 June 2021 : – Hunder-Sumur-Panamik-Khardungla-Leh

* Visit to Hunder Sand dunes.

* Sumur Monastries, panamik hot spring, visit to Confluence ( Sangam ) of Shyok and Nubra River, khardung la and return to leh.

* Overnight Stay at Leh.

Day 05: Wednesday 16 June 2021 : – Leh – Hemis Monastry – Pangong Tso Lake Via Changla Pass

* We will be visiting to Pangong Tso one of the most beautiful lake in the world via covering Hemis ( famous for 3 Idiots School) Thicksey monastries en-route.

* Overnight at Pangong Tso lake in Camps.

* Enjoy the camping with bone-fire, have fun and make the bonding as family with travellers.


Day 06: Thursday 17 June 2021 : – Pangong Tso Lake – Shey Palace – Leh (125km)

*  Visit to Shey Palace en-route.

*  Reach Leh, time for roaming in Leh and shopping, bike check.

* Overnight at Leh

  • About 3-4 hours of Ride depend upon breaks.


Day 7: Friday 18 June 2021 : – Leh – Tso Moriri via Chumathang (220Km)

* Heading towards Tso moriri, A lake which is surrounded by the beautiful mountains… A blue sky on the earth moment for us at Tso moriri. Spend time and enjoy the moment. Capture the memories forever.

* Overnight at Tso Moriri or Karzok village.

Day 8: Saturday 19 June 2021 :- Tso Moriri – Leh (220Km)

* This day we will start early in the morning so that we can reach Leh Airport on time to catch flight back to home town

Drop to Leh Airport by 4 pm / Extra 1 day stay recommended pm


Day 9: Sunday 20 June 2021 :- Fly 2 home town

Begin the Patalsu Peak trek after freshening up in the morning. Travel to the old bridge across the Beas River.  The starting section of your journey will take you along the river for Three to Four hours. On the way you will pass the villages of Burwa and Shanag. You will cross the Beas River near the Solang Valley, and then continue trekking up to your campsite. The camps will be set-up on the banks of the river below the Solang village. This section of Patalsu Peak trekking will transport you to the beautiful meadow of Shaga dugh. You will meander through mixed forests of oak and pine, and as you reach higher altitudes, you will see giant slopes of the Solang Valley. Here the pine and oak vegetation will be taken over by groves of deodar, and white mountains will be visible in the distance. You will continue hiking through the valley, and pass the village of Solang. After a long and gruelling climb, you will reach Shaga dugh. Shaga dugh is a lush alpine grassland where you will stay overnight in Tent

Day 4: Wednesday 9 June 2021 :: Shaga Dugh to Mt. Patalsu Peak:

Time taken: 6 to 7 hours, 7 km

Prepare yourselves for the Beautiful section of Patalsu Peak. The first hour of the walk will be through a mixed forest of conifers and oak. After this section is over, you will have scaled a substantial height, and the trees will disappear altogether. The rest of the trail is exposed, rocky and relatively unmarked. After about 4 hours of hiking, you will conquer the Patalsu Peak, which is roughly 13845 feet high. The journey will give you magnificent views of many snowbound peaks of the Dhauladhar and Great Himalayan ranges. Later in the day, start descending and retrace the path to the Shagadugh campsite.

Bhrigu Lake

History and Details :


Is a lake located at an elevation of around 4,300 metres (14,100 ft) in Kullu districtHimachal PradeshIndia. It is located to the east of Rohtang Pass and is around 6 kilometres from Gulaba. It can be reached by trekking either from the Vashishth temple, which is famous for its hot water springs, which is close to the town of Manali or from Gulaba. Actually an area of the Pir Panjal mountain range.

It is named after Maharishi Bhrigu.

Legend has it that the sage used to mediate near the lake and hence it has been rendered sacred; the locals believe that due to this the lake never freezes completely.

Day 2: Monday 24 May 2021

Shikharpar to Gulaba (drive) and trek to Raul Kholi

Altitude: 2600 m to 3,830 m

Time taken: 4 to 5 hours, 4 km

Take the Manali-Rohtang Pass road. Drive by Kolang, Palchan, Kothi as you reach Gulaba, Base camp of the trek. Gulaba is 22 km from Manali.

The trek to Gulaba starts from the 14th scissor bend on the right side of the road head. Trek steadily underneath forest cover, passing through open grasslands every now and then.

Make note of silver oak, cedar and birch trees on the trail here. These are few of the most prominent trees in the Himalayas. The trail enters an open meadow where shepherds camp. Observe Mt. Hanuman Tibba towering over the meadow in the background. Below Mt.Hanuman Tibba are the Seven Sister peaks seated in Beas Kund Valley. Turn right from the upper ridge of the meadow and head south. The second forested cover begins here.  Ahead, there’s a milky white rivulet flowing down the imposing Kolang Valley.

This is Kolang Nallah. Here, a trail on the right ascends towards a ridge (from south east). As you climb up the ridge, pause to enjoy brilliant views of Manali and Solang Valley. From here, Raul Kholi is around 2 hours away.

Raul Kholi is a scenic grazing ground used by local shepherds. Located at the base of Bhrigu Lake, it makes for an ideal camping spot. Your water source here is Chor Nallah, which flows across the camping ground.

Raul Kholi to Bhrigu Lake and then to Camp 2 – Base of Bhrigu Lake

Altitude: 3,830 m to 4,270 m

Time taken: 3 to 3 ½ hours, 3.5 km

Start early as you have to catch memories today

You have to trek a height of around 411 m to reach Bhrigu Lake.

Bhrigu Lake rests between two high-altitude ridges. You’re currently hiking to the first ridge, which is an hour away. The trail slowly turns from green to brown and white. As you reach the ridge, look for an oval glacial lake in the distance. The lake surrounded by snow. You can catch a stunning panoramic view of Pir Pinjal and Dhauladhar ranges. Also, major peaks, Mt. Indrasen, Mt.Deo Tibba and Mt.Hanuman Tibba stand majestically before you.

After spending time at the lake, head down to New Camp Site base of Bhrigu Lake

Mori Doog to Vashistha

This is an old Kullu village with several native stories about Sage Bhrigu and the Pandavas. The village trail from here all the way to Vashisht is well-defined. The trek ends at Vashisht.

Once there, you could pamper yourself by bathing in hot springs.

Beas Kund trek is one of the most popular and beautiful trek in Kullu Valley. Beas Kund is a holy lake where Rishi Vyas took his daily bath. River Beas originates from here. Solang Nalla base camp is 13 km from Manali and 1 hour drive, a popular place for tourists for ski slopes, para gliding etc. Dhundhi camp gives first glimpse of Mt. Hanuman Tibba and Seven Sisters. Beas Kund area might be full of snow at the time of this trek. This is enjoyable and easy going trek for any age group.

A place of historical significance, Beas Kund is one of the most beautiful places in the Dhauladhar range of the mighty Himalayas. Besides being regarded as sacred, Beas Kund is where the river Beas originates from and offer spectacular views of the nearby located Shitidhar, Ladakhi, Friendship and Hanuman Tibba peaks. Today 7 km long trek takes us over loosely held boulders and moraines with Beautiful Ice Bridges /Glaciers at places. We continue up to a scenic camp site at the pastures of Dhundi Glacier which is a high-altitude meadow and literally means ‘shepherd’s field’. These enchanting meadows are very popular pastures for the Gaddis – a hardy nomadic tribe of shepherds, and it’s easy to find flocks of sheep grazing peacefully in this pastoral idyll. These sun and wind swept meadows will be a feast for your senses. Overnight stay in tents.

The legend is that Sage Vyas, the author of the great epic Mahabharata, meditated here. After a full day of excursion in the Beas Kund plateau, we will come back to Bakarthach in the evening.

Drop out during trek: If for some reason a participant has to drop out from the trek on any day then will make arrangements for his/her return upto Manali. A staff will accompany the participant to the Manali.  Manali transportation and stay cost at any location including Manali has to be borne by the participant.

About Kumta  -Gokarna beach trek ::

.
Situated by the Konkan Railway route, the trail between Kumta and Gokarna connects more than 10 clean and beautiful beaches on the northern tip of Karnataka. Most are untouched by regular tourists and only shelter few shacks for beach lovers. Start the trail at Kumta, walk through Vannali Beach, Kadle Beach, Nirvana Beach, Paradise Beach, Half-Moon Beach and Om Beach to name a few. End the trek at Gokarna, which is home to a famous Shiva Temple.

About Star- gazing @ Dehne Asangaon

Embark on a star gazing and photography tour at Dehne around new moon nights along with tented camping and stay under the stars with the cool breeze from the surrounding mountain range. Here, learn about how to explore the Northern Hemisphere Constellations and identify them with the help of telescopes as the experts guide you properly. You will be able to understand about the star photography technique and shoot the milky way and the obvious star trails. Plan for an extravagant weekend getaway to feel refreshed amid the splendid nature when the twinkling stars take care of you.

Event Itinerary 

Day 1: Saturday

Departure by private vehicle non A/c

11:45 am : WEH Metro Bus Stop, Andheri

01:00 pm : Teen Hath Naka, Thane

01:30 pm : Kalyan Phata pick up

Travel to the base village Dehne

04.30 pm – Reach Stargazing camping site @ Dehne base village

05.30 pm – Have a cup of tea and relax at the campsite and later pitch your tents.

06.00 pm – Watch the relishing sunset

07.00 pm – Start your astronomy and star photography session 1.

09.30 pm – Take a dinner break in between.

Continue to enjoy the second session of stargazing and witness the magic of the sky through the telescope. Can try for astro – photography.

Retire for the night and take rest in tents.

Day 2 :  Sunday

06:30 am  – Wake up call around

08:00 am  – Have breakfast around and play fun games and group activities.

10:00 am – Check-out camps and prepare to leave
