About Kumta  -Gokarna beach trek ::
Situated by the Konkan Railway route, the trail between Kumta and Gokarna connects more than 10 clean and beautiful beaches on the northern tip of Karnataka. Most are untouched by regular tourists and only shelter few shacks for beach lovers. Start the trail at Kumta, walk through Vannali Beach, Kadle Beach, Nirvana Beach, Paradise Beach, Half-Moon Beach and Om Beach to name a few. End the trek at Gokarna, which is home to a famous Shiva Temple

Itinerary of the range trek is as below ::

Day 1-  Friday
.
Meeting point :: CSMT @ 21:00 Hrs
catch 12133 / Manglore Express

Day 2 – Saturday

.
09:30 Hrs :: Reach Kumta station

Freshen Up
 
Breakfast- tea 
.
Move to Kumta Beach by local public transport
10:30 Hrs Start the hike through number of beaches
 
viz Kumta beach, Vannali beach, Mangodlu beach, Kadle beach, Gude Angadi beach , Nirvana beach , Belekan Beach
 
Note :: Packed lunch on the way

06:00 Hrs ::  Camping @ Belekan 
 
Freshen up, set up camp for the night
 

Dinner
Bonfire fun – games
Sleep under the stars in your sleeping bag or you also have the option to use the tents. Please carry sheets to be used in the tent at night if you don’t have a sleeping bag

Day 3: Sunday

06:00 hrs :: Wake up call, freshen up

Breakfast – tea time

08:00 Hrs Start the trek to Gokarna viz
 
Paradise beach , Half-Moon Beach, Om Beach, Kudle beach

02:00 pm Reach Gokarna Beach,
 
Lunch time in hotel

Proceed towards Gokarna Road Station

16:30 Hrs :: Catch 12620 / Matsyagandha Express

Day 4: Monday

05:53 am Reach Thane Station
06:35 am Reach LTT Station

Good trekking shoes; carry extra pair (a must)

Camera, Cell Phone, Binoculars (Optional)

Pls avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments

Some ready to eat food. Plum cakes, biscuits etc.

Personal basic medical kit (Containing an antiseptic, few bandages, personal medications if any, Antibiotics for stomach infection)

So let’s head together towards every Mumbaikar’s go-to getaway “Alibaug”. Brace yourselves for a therapeutic camping experience which is our Beach camp

Campsite is ideal for camping near Mumbai, Pune

Direct @ Campsite with your own vehicle: Rs 1400/- pp  ( Food – Tented stay – Barbecue – Campfire – Movie Screening on weekends only )

Revdanda Beach Camping Event Details
  • Location: Revdanda beach, Alibaug
  • Tent pitched on the beach itself
  • Movie screening on weekends only
  • Tents will have mat and blanket
  • The location has properly built washrooms
  • Available for weekdays also (minimum requirement is 4)

How to reach the campsite

1. Direct auto from Mandwa Jetty to campsite approx cost Rs 1000 for an auto.

2. Take a bus to Alibaug from Mandwa jetty, bus cost is in the ferry ticket itself and from Alibaug the Auto to the campsite will cost approx 500.

Day 1 – Saturday : 

16:00 hrs – Check in at the Campsite
16:30 – Evening Snacks and Tea
After Evening Snacks Enjoy the sunset at the beach, unwind yourself and get comfortable at campsite.
19:00 Hrs – BBQ Session  (Veg / Non-veg)
Enjoy Bonfire.
21:30 – Dinner (Veg / Non-Veg / Jain)
Movie Time (On weekends only)
23:00 – Rest for the Night in your allotted TentsDay Two – Sunday 


07:00 hrs – Wake up relaxed
08:00 Hrs – Breakfast
10:00 hrs – Check out after morning tea and breakfast
