We @ SHIKHAR VEDH has arranged an offbeat trek of Upandya Ghat to Madhe Ghat on Sunday 22 July 2018
.
The trek is full of Lush Green Valleys, Waterfalls and a scenic one.

In history, when the great warrior Narveer Tanaji Malusare died in the Sinhagad battle, his body was taken for last rites to his native village Umrath near Poladpur. Tanaji Malusare’s funeral procession was taken to his native place from this Madhe ghat route. Everyone should enjoy this simple trek, as it is a complete descends in a Valley.

Meeting point : Pritam Hotel, Dadar (east) at 23:30 Hrs

05:00 Hrs : Base village – Kelad
Breakfast-Tea time
Introduction & Instruction
07:00 Hrs : Start trek towards
 
11:30 Hrs : @  Madhe Ghat – Waterfall
Ascend Upandya Ghat
14:00 Hrs : @ Kelad
Lunch Time
16:00 Hrs : Departure to Mumbai
Evening refreshments on the way

We will reach Dadar around 21:30 Hrs (Dat’s Subjective)

The Contribution for the trip is Rs 1500/- per head.
This includes Transportation from Dadar to Dadar , Breakfast, Lunch, Evening refreshments & Shikhar Vedh Charges

Some ready to eat food. Plum cakes, biscuits etc.
Extra Pair of clothes,
Good trekking shoes preferably ACTION, do carry a extra pair as well
Personal basic medical kit
A haversack to put all these things
