Here is some Info about Siddhagad:
Type: Hill Fort
Height: 3232 Feet above MSL (Approx.)
Grade: Medium
Region: Malshej
Base Village: Narivali / Uchale
.
Here we can see few remnants of the fort that was battled over between British and Maratha army, Shiva Temple, few broken cannons, few water cisterns etc.
From top of Siddhagadh one can see Karnala, Manikgad, Kothaligad, Bhimashankar, Gorakhgadh & Macchindragadh.
This place is also known in Indian Freedom movement as two freedom fighters (Bhai Kotwal & Hiraji Patil) were shot dead at this place by Britisher on 2nd Jan 1943.

Depart 2 Mumbai – Will reach Dadar around 20:30 Hrs ( Dats Subjective)

1 torch (a must) with spare battereies
Rain cheater (Optional) for those who don’t want to wet … but pls do carry one …
Camera, Cell Phone, Binoculars (Optional)
Pls avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments
Some ready to eat food – Plum cakes, biscuits etc.
Good trekking shoes, do carry a extra pair as well
Personal basic medical kit (Containing an antiseptic, few bandages, personal medications if any, Antibiotics for stomach infection)
A haversack to put all these things
