We @ Shikhar Vedh have planned a Special trip to Bhandardara & Amruteshwar Temple on 18th September 2016 ( Leaving on Sunday morning at 06:00 Hrs @ Dadar )
Bhandardara:
Bhandardara (3000 ft) is a beautiful hill station, set on a dam and is known for its remote and idyllic location, waterfalls through the way, and a base point for many treks in the area.
Amruteshwar temple:
Beautiful stone carved Shiva Temple (900 AD). This is one of 12 Shiva Temples built by King Jhanj. We can see lots of fine carved work on most of stone blocks used in this temple. This temple is on bank of holy river Pravara.

Dadar @ 6.00 Hrs on Sunday 18 September 2016
Departure by private vehicle
8.00 Hrs : Breakfast Enroute
11.30 Hrs: Bhandardara
Dam,Temple Visit, Sight-seeing
14:00Hrs : Lunch, Exploration Time at Samrad
16:00 Hrs: Departure to Mumbai
20:00 Hrs :: @ Thane
Tour Fees would be approximately Rs. 1300/- per Head which includes
1) Private Vehicle from Mumbai – Samrad- Mumbai
2) Food expenses include 1 veg meal, 1 B/f-Tea, refreshments
3) Forest entry charges, Shikhar Vedh Administrative Charges
It won’t include food (i.e. Dinner on Sunday) and any other expense of personal in nature.

Extra Pair of clothes,
Comfortable shoes or floaters,
Personal basic medical kit (Containing an antiseptic, few bandages, personal medications if any, Antibiotics for stomach infection)
A haversack to put all these things
