11:30 pm Pick up at WEH metro station bus stop.

11:45 pm Pick up at Kalanagar bus stop (on highway), Bandra.

12:00 am Pick up at Sion station circle.

12:45 am Pick up at Teen Hath Naka, Thane.

Day 1:-

05:30 Hrs : @ Samrad

06:00 Hrs : Breakfast – tea Time

07:00 Hrs: Ascend RATANGAD by Trimbak Darwaja side (via Samrad)

10:00 Hrs: Atop Ratangad

Brief Introduction about Bhimashankar:-

Height:  3296 feet
Grade:  Thrilling
Time: ~ Maximum 4 hrs from Khandas, Base Village
Location: Nagar District

There is a beautiful temple of Lord Shiva which is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas in India. Lord Shankara after getting angry killed Rakshas Tripurasura. The heat generated from their war caused the origin of river Bhima. That is why it is called Bhimashankar. A rare animal “Shekru” can be found in deep wood. Other details @ Bhimashankar temple

Harihar s a triangular massif with sheer vertical walls & edges. The only way up the fort is by climbing rock cut steps in a 70 degree rock edge. There are a couple of caves, water tanks, & a temple atop the fort. The top offers one a birds eye view of the entire region & also gives one the gratification of having gotten over the fear of heights.
