We @ Shikhar Vedh are glad to invite you for “KOKANKADA FESTIVAL 2017 “  on 11th – 12th Feb 2017. This is consecutive 2ND year of the festival. 

The motto behind organizing this fest is to bring together all the trekkers / hikers from various region and share their experiences and to enjoy the beauty of Harishchandragad & it’s massive cliff which we all know as “kokankada”

The main highlights of the fest are : -

– Bamboo Handicrafts exhibition & sale.
– Sahyadri Photography exhibition & sale.
– Presentation of Short films & Documentaries on/in Sahyadris.
– Local Folk dances & music.
– Sharing of experiences by various experience people in their respective fields.(Photography,Climbing,Trekking,Himalayan expeditions,Sahyadri ,Safety techniques etc.)

DAY 1 :: Friday 10 February 2017

Rendezvous : On Telecon

DAY 2 :: Saturday 11 February 2017

Depart 2 Pachnai by Private vehicle

05:00 Hrs : – @  Pachnai

Rest for an hours

Breakfast-T Time

07:30 Hrs : Trek Start
 
10:30 Hrs : Reach Atop
 
Explore the temple, Kedareshwar, and surrounding area
 
Move to Kokankada
 
Lunch , Rest Time

Evening Hours @ Konkan Kada

T- Time

20:00 Hrs : Dinner ( Bhakri, Bhaji, Rice & Daal)

Stay arrangement done as a Tented Accommodation

DAY 3 :: Sunday 12th February 2017

06:30 Hrs : Good Morning

Post Breakfast – Tea

09:00 Hrs: Descend via Pachnai

11:00 Hrs: @ Pachnai

from there by local transport to Rajur – Kasara

Lunch in hotel on the way to Kasara
From Kasara by local train to Mumbai

We will reach to Mumbai 19:00 hrs (That’s Subjective)

The cost for da Trek is about Rs.1800 per head

tht includes transportation from Kasara to Kasara by private jeeps, 3 veg meals & 2 refreshments, Tented Accommodation

NOTE : Minimum 8 participants required to execute
